The studio includes multiple backdrops, beautiful textured walls, furniture, chairs, desks, and styling options that allow us to create a variety of professional looks in one place.

If you'd like an outdoor, office, home, or luxury property session, you're welcome to choose the location. Most clients use their office, home, business, or a rented space that fits their brand.

I usually recommend avoiding large logos, busy patterns, and oversized graphics, as they can quickly date your images. Timeless, well-fitted clothing always photographs best.

That doesn't mean you have to avoid color. In fact, I often encourage clients to bring at least one outfit that feels more personal and showcases their personality.

For individual sessions, I typically recommend bringing up to three outfits so we can create a variety of professional and lifestyle images.

For most individual headshot and personal branding sessions, I recommend bringing three outfits.

This gives us enough variety to create multiple looks for LinkedIn, your website, social media, speaking engagements, and marketing materials.

For larger corporate team sessions, the number of outfits depends on the package selected and is usually limited to one outfit per person.

For individual sessions and small teams, you'll receive your online proof gallery within approximately 48 hours.

For larger corporate groups, galleries are typically delivered within about one week.

You'll receive a private online gallery where you can easily select your favorite images for retouching.

You stay in control throughout the entire process.

First, you'll choose your favorite images from your online gallery. I then professionally retouch your selected photos while keeping them natural and authentic.

After receiving your retouched images, you'll have the opportunity to request adjustments. I include up to two rounds of refinement, ensuring you're completely happy with the final result.

To reserve your session date, I require a non-refundable retainer. For most individual sessions, the retainer is $200. For larger packages and Personal Branding Sessions, the retainer is $400.

Because I accept a limited number of sessions, dates cannot be held without a confirmed booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session unless we've arranged a custom payment schedule for larger projects.
